Some times virus affects your Flash drive or pen drive it hides all of your files/folders in pendrive. If you remove virus by scanning also files/folders can't be viewed.
here i gave one for that
goto start--> run-->type cmd, then
type following
attrib -s -h -r d:\*.* /s /d
then press Enter,the problem will be corrected
here d: is for d drive. please change it by your flash/pen drive letter.
